Makes ageing wall surfaces feel like they’ve found the “Fountain of Youth”

The Bio/CR-5 Wall Panel System is designed to transform unsightly, less than hygienic, older wall surfaces into bright, antiseptic, modern looking, interior finishes.  The panel system is 6mm thick and is engineered to adhere and cover existing substrates such as concrete block or coated gypsum.  The polymer backer on the Bio/CR-5 is embedded with a unique woven scrim which provides exponentially greater adhesion to “less than perfect” existing wall surfaces.

Although the face of the Bio/CR-5 is rigid and impact resistant, the polymer layer itself is flexible and will conform to minor irregularities in existing wall.  The Bio/CR-5 has the same smooth, white, highly chemical resistant, water impervious, glass reinforced polymer face as all the panels in the LSP Bio/CR family.  It is Class “A” (1) Fire Rated, does not promote the growth of bacteria or mold, and is non-generating for particulate matter.

The wall system becomes sealed from moisture and contaminants, when joints are finished with our 100% solids, LEED compliant, color matched urethane. Ideal for resurfacing hallways, holding rooms, procedure rooms and more.  The panels are available in 4’ x 8’, 4’ x 9’, 4’ x 10’ and 4’ x 12’.  The 4’ x 12’ is especially well suited to wainscot installations. 

The Bio/CR-5 is made of over 33% recyclable materials and is both manufactured and assembled in the U.S.  Using the seamless joint system, it can also be installed as a hard lid ceiling.
