Life Science Products provides many different disposable, autoclavable, fluid resistant and breathable gowns in many materials and configurations to meet the needs of our customers. By using materials such as SMS, polypropylene, or PE coated polypropylene, and with features such as elastic wrists, knit cuffs, Velcro or tie neck closures, we can meet your needs.

SMS

 SMS (Spunbonded-Melt blown-Spunbonded) fabric has a trilaminate construction that offer high tensile strength and toughness but is also soft, drapable and easy to work with. It provides a good fluid and particulate barrier to protect the worker without sacrificing
mobility and comfort.

Polypropylene

 Spunbound polypropylene is a light weight economical material that offers protection against non-hazardous, dirty environments. Polypropylene is ideally suited for minimal protection applications and has a low hold-out level and minimal fluid resistance.

PE Coated
Polypropylene

Spunbound polypropylene with a polyethylene coating. The
Polyethylene coating has excellent fluid resistance and offers good hold out protection for dry particulates. PE Coated Polypropylene has good tear and puncture resistance.
