Offering both installation and/or distribution, we offer customized high-performance doors as a key component of our integrated envelope. All of our doors are designed for critical control areas and play an essential role in preventing cross-contamination as well as maintaining correct room pressures and ensuring optimum operating efficiency.
Design: All LSP Dortek doors are engineered for any critical environment. Our basic design is a molded composite with a smooth and seamless construction. Our doors are target engineered for the following applications; vivarium, clean rooms, healthcare, and manufacturing. Our doors are designed to be low profile with no ledges, recesses or right angles. LSP Dortek has options for custom swing and sliding doors, providing the best options for optimizing space and facilitating efficient ingress/egress. Customized flush mounted light windows, along with a completely integrated light blocking mechanism provide a clean and easy feature for managing light transmissions including laser light.
Construction: LSP Dortek doors are manufactured using only the latest resin technology along with the latest techniques in single closed mold construction. This combination produces a strong monolithic, door leaf that requires no external hardware or fixing to assure superior structural integrity. Our construction “process†also provides the opportunity to internally mount aluminum supports behind the “skin†of the door to assure proper structural support for closers, handles and other standard door hardware.
Performance: All LSP Dortek doors are performance leaders in their class. The integrated color pigment embedded through the skin provides clients with a door that diminishes the effect of scratching and marring as seen in other door products. Unlike wood and steel doors, our composite doors are non-shedding and will not warp, swell, rot or rust. Critical environments demand a level of chemical resistance that is unparalleled, our doors have been tested and validated to be compatible with the most robust cleaning regimes.
Hardware: LSP Dortek hardware options include the complete line of standard commercial hardware offerings of your choice as well as specialized LSP accessories including door handle protectors, kick plates, door shields and jamb guards. We have the capabilities of factory installing any hardware, or shipping the door free of hardware.Â
