Composite Construction Panels

In an attempt to shorten construction times, add durability, eliminate the need for painting with pin holes and reduced maintenance costs the industry has been turning to composite panels as a viable product for interior finishes in areas where sustainable finishes are critical. There are a wide range of products available in this category and they serve a wide range of design requirements.
There are two surface finishes to select from. One surface is an ultra-smooth face for ease of disinfecting and for higher performance. The second surface is our standard smooth surface. The panel seams can be sealed with either a virtually seamless application of a urethane sealant that is drawn flush with the surface. Once cured it presents a smooth, glossy sealed seam. The panel seams can also be sealed with a joint batten cover that is applied over the seam and sealed to the surface with a silicone adhesive.
There are 12 standard wall panel options that vary in thickness from 12 mm thick t0 a more economical 3 mm panel. All surfaces of the GridLock™ systems have been tested against the most aggressive disinfecting protocols in the industry. They have superior chemical resistance when compared to virtually any coating and have been proven to be resistant to VHP, Chlorine Dioxide, Sodium hypochlorite, Quaternary ammonium chlorides, Potassium hydroxides, Xylene, betadine, phosphoric and nitric acid blends and Sulfuric acid. The systems are impervious to air and moisture and are guaranteed pinhole free.
GridLock™ systems are cement and wood free and exceed USDA, FDA, GMP, NIH, and CDC specifications for surface finishes.
There are options within the three parts to the architecture of the GridLock™ Wall systems, the panel face, the core, and the joint. Combining these in various ways provides the GridLock™ Shield system for your facility. The system chosen is based on application, mounting options and budgetary considerations.
System Options:
Designed to address virtually any condition from high containment to conventional facilities, cladding over hard board, dry wall and CMU or complete systems that mount directly to stud.
