Overview

Maintaining finished surfaces that withstand the scrutiny required for GLP and GMP facilities can be a costly budgetary consideration. The Sani-Rail system of wall and door products guards against surface impact and thereby reduces maintenance costs. These products are custom designed for EACH project. They offer protection as well as aesthetic enhancement to wall and door surfaces.

Door Shields Door ShieldsOften overlooked, door protection is a critical component to total Interior Finish Protection. Doors often receive the most aggressive abuse from racks, carts and equipment. All LSP door protection designs blend with the Sani-Rail system for a uniform appearance while providing protection and reducing maintenance costs.

Door Shields are mounted on the the face of the door in a choice of configurations, depending upon the utilization of the doorway. Sani-rail Door Shields can be made to customer specified lengths and widths.

 

Bracket Mounted Door Shields

  • Two brackets hold the rail parallel to the door
  • Standard offsets are 1.5 or 3 inches
  • Door Shield ends terminate 1/2 inch from the door and door frame

Bracket Mounted Tapered Door Shields

  • Single bracket design
  • Rail termination is flush to the door surface ion the hinged side
  • Offsets available in 1.5 or 3 inches

Flush Mounted Tapered Door Shield with Reversed Flange

  • Door Shields mounted without brackets
  • Rail termination is flush to the door surface at the hinged side
  • Distances specified by the customer

Flush Mounted Door Handle Protector

  • Protects door handle while allowing easy use
  • Tapered to 16 inches in length
